A Palestinian woman attempted to stab a soldier near the Yitzhar junction and was shot by security forces, the IDF announced on Tuesday night, saying that they had “thwarted an attempted terrorist attack.”
According to initial details, soldiers approached the suspect at the West Bank junction because she appeared suspicious to them. When they approached her, she pulled out a knife. In response, the soldiers proceeded to fire at her lower body.
