Democrat lawmakers have introduced a new bill that would place federal regulations on sports betting operators. Rep. Paul Tonko, D-N.Y., and Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., introduced on Thursday the Supporting Affordability and Fairness with Every Bet, or the SAFE Bet.
