Daniel Penny Denies Subway Chokehold Lasted 15 Minutes

Daniel Penny, facing manslaughter charges in connection with the death of a homeless man on a New York City subway, said he was not trying to choke him to death and that he did not have him in a chokehold for 15 minutes as has been reported.
