Congress Physician: No Evidence McConnell Has Seizure Disorder

There is no evidence Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., has a seizure disorder or suffered a stroke, the attending physician for Congress said Tuesday after the senator froze for the second time in recent weeks.
