Minority Count Dips at Top Colleges After SCOTUS Ruling

Black and Latino enrollment at several major universities has dropped significantly since the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision last year that severely limited, if not ended, the use of affirmative action in college admissions, The Hill reported Thursday.
