A Palestinian protester was killed by Israeli military fire while demonstrating near the illegal outpost of Evyatar in the West Bank, the Palestinian Health Ministry said on Friday.
The 38-year-old Palestinian was identified as Imad Duikat, a father of five from the village of Beita near the illegal outpost.
According to the Palestinian Health Ministry, Duikat suffered gunshot wounds to his chest, and was rushed to Rafidia Hospital in Nablus, where he succumbed to his wounds.
Last month, one Palestinian teen was killed and nine were wounded by Israeli military live fire in two separate clashes in the West Bank, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry and the Red Crescent.
