Judge Rejects DOJ Bid to Charge Don Lemon Over Church Protest

A federal magistrate judge in Minneapolis on Thursday denied the Justice Department’s initial attempt to bring charges against former CNN anchor Don Lemon after he joined a group of protesters who interrupted a church service Jan. 18 in St. Paul, Minnesota.
