Comey Seeks to Skip N.C. Hearing in Trump Threat Case

Former FBI Director James Comey on Thursday asked to cancel his upcoming court appearance in North Carolina, saying it was unnecessary because he already surrendered in Virginia and has gone before a judge for allegedly threatening President Donald Trump.
