Lawsuit Targets Racial Quotas in Ore. Education Grants

Defending Education and Do No Harm on Thursday filed a federal civil rights complaint against Oregon’s Department of Education and Higher Education Coordinating Commission, alleging the state unlawfully uses race-based criteria in distributing education funding.
