Homan Aims for Rapport With Mullin After Tension With Noem

Border czar Tom Homan and outgoing DHS Secretary Kristi Noem had a strained relationship, so Homan is working to build a better one with Sen. Markwayne Mullin, R-Okla., whom President Donald Trump named to replace Noem, Politico reported.
