US Sues Catholic Diocese to Acquire Border Land in New Mexico

The U.S. government has filed a condemnation lawsuit seeking to acquire more than 14 acres of land in Doña Ana County, New Mexico, as part of a federal border security effort, according to court documents filed May 7 in U.S. District Court in New Mexico.
